"Replica Lange 3 101.03f" is a seller label. It is not a reference number issued by A. Lange & Söhne of Glashütte, Germany. The company catalog contains no 101.03f entry. Sellers assemble these strings from a brand name, a model family, and an internal stock code. The code changes from one seller to the next for the same physical watch.
Two points follow. A listing that carries this string does not describe a watch built by A. Lange & Söhne. The number says nothing about the movement inside the case.
